Terms & Conditions

Terms governing use of DocDoodle document generators, templates, and digital products and services.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DocDoodle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Permitted use

You may use DocDoodle for lawful personal and business document preparation. You must have authority to enter, use, print, or distribute the information included in a generated document.

Document generators and user responsibility

Generators format information supplied by users. You are responsible for reviewing names, figures, dates, calculations, wording, and suitability before relying on or issuing a document. DocDoodle does not independently verify generated documents or their signatories.

No professional advice

Templates, calculations, guidance, and generated documents are general-purpose tools. They are not legal, accounting, tax, payroll, employment, or other professional advice and may not meet requirements in every jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

DocDoodle's software, interface, branding, original templates, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Generated documents may be used for their intended lawful purpose, but the platform itself may not be copied, reverse engineered, resold, or misrepresented as another service.

Prohibited misuse

You must not use DocDoodle for fraud, impersonation, false certification, unlawful surveillance, malicious code, service disruption, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person's rights.

Paid digital products and payment processing

Future paid files, packs, or services will be described at the point of purchase. Prices, access, and delivery terms shown for that offering form part of these terms. Payments may be processed by third-party gateways under their own terms. No production payment credentials are part of the current platform release.

Availability and third-party services

We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. External services may be unavailable or changed independently of DocDoodle.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DocDoodle is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user input, unauthorized document use, failure to review a document, or third-party service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

Terms may be updated by publishing a revised version here. These terms are governed by laws applicable in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a user.
