Digital services

DocDoodle primarily provides digital products and services. Free generators are available online, and generated documents may be printed or downloaded where the relevant tool supports those functions.

No physical shipping is required for DocDoodle's current digital products and services.

Electronic delivery

Future purchased document packs, files, or services are intended for electronic delivery. Depending on the offering, delivery may occur through the website, a secure download, account access, or email.

Customer information

Customers must provide accurate contact and transaction information when required for delivery. DocDoodle is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address or other incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Delivery problems

If payment succeeds but digital delivery fails, contact support with the transaction reference and product details. Do not send complete card or bank credentials. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a replacement file, or consider the request under the Refund Policy.

Future physical products

If physical products are offered in the future, their shipping costs, locations, delivery estimates, and applicable return terms will be stated separately before purchase.
