Free generators

DocDoodle's free document generators require no payment, so there is no purchase price to refund.

Future paid digital products and services

Paid document packs, downloadable files, or digital services may be introduced. Because digital products can be delivered immediately and cannot be returned like physical goods, a completed and usable download normally cannot be returned solely because a customer changed their mind.

When a refund may be considered

DocDoodle will fairly review requests involving a duplicate charge, successful payment without delivery, a corrupted or unusable file supplied by DocDoodle, or another verified technical or payment failure. We may request order details and reasonable evidence needed to investigate.

Requesting support or a refund

Contact DocDoodle promptly after identifying a payment or delivery problem. Please include the purchaser's contact details, transaction reference, product, and a clear description of the issue, but never send complete payment-card credentials.

Approved refunds

An approved refund will be returned using an appropriate payment method supported by the payment provider. The time required to appear may depend on the gateway, bank, and original payment method.

Exceptions required by law

This policy does not restrict refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
